The Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment (CIA) Department focuses on improving student performance and program effectiveness for students. The CIA Department provides leadership, staff development, technical assistance and training to school districts, charter schools, and other community stakeholders serving students through coordination, collaboration, and cooperation.
